A ITEM HAS SOLD. Now What.

Once an item is added to our online shop catalogue it will be promoted online for approximately 30 days.

  • The auction items close on a set date. (see live show dates)
  • All items/lots close only at or over above the sellers reserve price. 
  • Buyers pay a 10%+hst buyer’s premium on all purchases*
  • This is considered the deposit on the item and paid at conclusion of the auction by email money transfer to the auctioneer at auctioneer@xlr8auctions.com.
  • Items can be picked up at the next live event, or shipping can be provided, at a fee.
  • Credit Card processing is coming soon

* ($100 item is $111.30 after 10% Buyer’s premium + 13% tax)

How to submit for appraisal

Step One:

Take a couple photos in a well lite area (sunlight)

Step Two:

write us an email at auctioneer@xlr8auctions.com. In point form tell us everything you know about the item and its history with you and include your photos.

Step Three:

Confirm if you are consigning the item or looking for a complex appraisal.
